Our blackcurrant berries (ribes nigrum) boast organic farming certification, issued by a certifying body.
The cultivation environment is extremely healthy, far from roads, farms and urban settlements.

A sustainable product

We only use high mountain water, thus reducing plastics and emissions related to road transport.
The berries are transformed using an artisanal method in a small laboratory powered by solar energy.
The waste from the manufacturing process is recovered and used as fertilizer, with a view to a virtuous circular economy.
